Mobile Message Board™

Why have attendees and staff search everywhere for message board updates when you can put the message board in everyone's pocket?

Attendees opt-in at, or prior to, event registration through a web site (we provide a simple link that pops open a window on our server to handle all of the back-end processing) or any cell phone. Once registered, attendees can receive:

• updates in room assignments or venues
• last minute agenda changes
• notification of hotel restaurant and bar specials
• selected promotions (all the discretion and control of the event planner or hotel staff)

…directly to their cell phones while attending the event.

All attendee mobile number information is automatically deleted from the TextPower platform at the close of the meeting. This protects them from receiving further promotional messages.

Event organizers can send messages to a selected group (e.g., managers, late registrants, meeting planner staff, etc.) or to all attendees who have opted-in to the system in a safe and secure environment. TextPower's Text2Screen service provides attendees with anonymity, gives the moderator control to filter out inappropriate messages and captures the data for future reference and data mining opportunities.

With Text2Screen, attendees text in their messages and have them displayed on the master screen. Text2Screen requires only a standard Windows PC with dual monitor capability.

Text2Screen features include:
