TextPower “TPI” Service Description

TextPower TPI service is an alert messaging service that sends company news alerts and notifications.  The service will be promoted on the web only at www.TextPower.com and during company meetings.  End users will receive information by sending "TPI" to 81888. There will be no affiliates or white label use for this campaign and no other content providers or brands will be used without a new submission. The maximum number of messages sent to any subscriber will be 3/week.

After you register for the TPI program, all further SMS text messages will be sent strictly on an opt-in basis. If you have opted in, you can still choose to opt out at any point thereafter.

Short Code Information:  All TextPower TPI services are originated from short code 81888.  You will never receive any content from TextPower TPI from any other source.  If you do receive content from another source stating to be TextPower TPI please call 888-818-1808.

You can also request our contact information from your mobile phone at any time by sending a text message with the word "HELP" to 81888.

Opt In/Opt-Out info: To opt out from TextPower TPI , send a text message with the word "STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE” to 81888 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our service. You will not receive any additional text messages via your mobile phone.

Frequency of program service:
TextPower TPI is an alert service. No more than 3 messages/week will be sent.
